[Profile]
Leona Amario is the brand name of Amario Bourguet's workshop in Valencia, Spain, where he presented the results of his research on guitars made by Antonio de Torres. Amario Bourguet was born in 1951 in Catarroja, a small village near Valencia, Spain, and learned the techniques of instrument making in several factories and workshops in Valencia, where instrument production was very active from his youth. In 1984, he established a workshop in his hometown of Catarroja, and although small in scale, he has adopted rational and reliable methods of wood drying and humidity control, and with the help of his two sons, produces reasonably priced guitars while maintaining the grade of the workshop's products.

[Description]
Despite its small body, it has a bright and tight tone and is produced with a high degree of craftsmanship and precision. The Torres model has been adopted to make this guitar fit easily to the Japanese body shape, making it a very familiar piece. There are a few scratches and the paint is a little dull throughout, but the strings have been adjusted to a slightly low, easy-to-play height. The sound is bright and has a quick response, as is typical of authentic flamenco guitars made in Spain.
