[Profile]
Jose Ramirez is one of the most famous Spanish guitar brands with over 100 years of history. From Jose Ramirez I (1858–1923) to the current Jose Ramirez V, the brand has played a major role in shaping the legacy of Spanish guitar making. Particularly during the era of Jose Ramirez III (1922–1995), known as the 'Ramirez Dynasty,' the brand gained global popularity with innovative designs and exceptional craftsmanship. Ramirez III introduced the flagship '1A' model in 1964, which featured a distinctive tone and aesthetic, setting a new standard for classical guitars.

Ramirez IV (1953–2000) continued his father’s legacy, adapting the brand to modern market needs and expanding its reach. After Ramirez III’s passing, the brand continued under the leadership of his daughter, Amalia, and models from the 1960s remain highly sought after to this day.

[Description]
This 1982 Jose Ramirez III '1A' model features Indian Rosewood and is crafted by Jose Luis Alvarez Mariblanca. It retains the rich, full-bodied tone typical of the '1A' series, with a smooth, glossy high end. The internal structure follows Ramirez's signature design, including harmonic and diagonal bars, along with fan bracing.

The guitar is in good condition, with minor dings and re-lacquered finish. The neck is well-maintained, and the frets show light wear but remain fully playable. The action is low and comfortable, making it easy to play, especially for left-hand technique.
