Stephen Connor is a classical guitar luthier based in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA. Since 1994, he has specialized in building concert-level classical guitars using only the finest tonewoods. Rooted in the aesthetic tradition of Spanish guitar making, his instruments also incorporate modern innovations such as lattice bracing, raised fingerboards, and sound ports, resulting in guitars with powerful projection and rich expressive depth.

His work is highly regarded by internationally renowned artists including Eliot Fisk, the Assad Brothers, Scott Tennant, Anabel Montesinos, Marco Tamayo, and Angel Romero, among others. Connor personally selects tonewoods from around the world, carefully aging and seasoning them in his workshop overlooking a peaceful pond and historic windmill. His guitars reflect a rare balance of acoustic excellence and visual beauty.
