[Profile]
He is a maker with a workshop in Bangkok, Thailand. He got his Bachelor's degree in mining at university and worked as an engineer in a chemical factory before he started making guitars. After reading Irving Sloan's book on guitar-making methods, he developed an interest in making musical instruments, and in 2005, he took a making course with Wiroon Songbandit, a maker in the same country. This was the beginning of his decision to establish himself as a full-fledged guitar maker. In 2008, he took a course with Yuichi Imai, and in 2013, he took a master course in Sigüença, Spain, with José Luis Romanillos and his son Liam Romanillos, deepening his understanding of traditional Spanish construction methods. He continued to attend courses with Jeffrey Yang (Malaysia), Henner Hagenlocher (Granada), Karl-Heinz Roemmich (Germany), and Hee Hong Kim (Korea). In 2017, he showed his work at the GFA-sponsored exibition in Tacoma, U.S.A. In 2019, he entered the International Production Competition in Granada, Spain, where he received high acclaim.
He explores and builds his own guitars from a wide range of perspectives, using traditional Spanish construction methods as the basis for his guitars, while also being familiar with modern structures. He currently makes classical and flamenco guitars as well as acoustic and archtop guitars. He is expected to be the first authentic Spanish-style luthier in Thailand.

[Description]
This flamenco model FL03 2016, made by Pansaeng Chantarangkul, is probably one of the first presentations of this brand in Japan. It is a flamenco guitar in a solid Spanish style, as it had already been taught by Romanillos and Hagenlocher at that time. While the overall sound is somewhat mellow, the response of the sound and the clear, dry tone are appropriate for flamenco, and the wooden pegs have a pleasant feel. The entire surface is extremely carefully finished with shellac, and the overall appearance is excellent, with distinctive rosettes and purfling with geometric patterns, and a head shape that reminds us of a tribute to the Spanish masters as well as a folk design. There are a few rasgueado marks on the bass side of the soundhole and some minor scratches on the neck and back, but no repair history. The overall condition is very clean.
