[Profile]
Andrés Dominguez was born in 1947 in Cádiz, Spain. He became familiar with flamenco music at an early age, and while building a career as a professional flamenco guitarist, he also worked as a sawyer and deepened his knowledge of wood.
In 1970, he began an apprenticeship in the workshop of guitar maker Manuel Ortega Sousa in Sevilla, where he learned the Santos Hernandez guitars and their lineage. After the death of Manuel Ortega in 1991, he inherited all of his tools and continues to use them to this day. He continues to make guitars using the same old traditional methods. His guitars are purely Spanish style inspired by Santos, without any pedantry, and are good old style quality flamenco guitars in the best sense of the word, and are highly appreciated by users who prefer a pure Spanish sound.

[Description]
Andres Dominguez Flamenco Blanca (white) model made in 1994 is now in stock. The sound is hard and dry, as is typical of this maker, and the model is suitable for flamenco in all aspects, including volume and response. Rather than a flamboyant or dynamic swell, an open, simple, and pleasant sound is carried through.
There is a history of crack repair on the treble side of the fingerboard. The guitar has been played a lot, so there are many scratches and dents throughout.
