[Profile]
Jose Gonzalez Lopez was born and raised in Granada, Spain in 1961. He originally worked in a job that had nothing to do with guitar making, but when he married Jose Marin Plasuelo's sister, he entered Antonio Marin Montero's workshop in 1989 at the age of 28. After about 10 years of training under the guidance of Antonio and Jose, he produced his first guitar under his own label in 1999. He has inherited Antonio's philosophy of making guitars, and his guitars have a very high degree of perfection. Today, his guitars are internationally acclaimed and can be compared to the guitars of the two great masters.

[Description]
The classic model made by Jose Gonzalez Lopez, No. 121 640 mm scale version made in 2011, is now in stock. This is a Bouchet model, as it is based on the same concept as Antonio's Modelo B, the flagship model of the Marin workshop. He is often recognized as the next in line after Antonio and Jose, the two masters of this most famous workshop in Granada, but his overall perfection is as extremely high as the masters. While it has Granada-like elements and the power characteristic of the Marin workshop, it also shows Boucher's unique 'darkness,' which is a distinguishing feature. It is in original condition with shellac on all sides. Slight playing scratches around the soundhole and other scratch marks are noticeable. There is a history of crack repair on both sides of the fingerboard. The neck also shows scratches from playing.
