Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1956. He taught himself to make musical instruments and opened his workshop in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1985. He is devoted to the study and making of 19th century guitars, and he mainly makes replica models such as Laprevotte, Lacote and Panormo. He also adopted 19th century tuning for guitars and has studied and made guitars with his own fretting. It has received a great deal of attention from early music players.

He now also makes period instruments such as regular classical, renaissance / baroque guitars, vihuela, etc. Besides that, his works are surprisingly diverse, from japanese biwa, mandolin to dital harp, but each one is finished in the highest quality instrument. He is one of the leading makers in this category.

One classical guitar made in 1986 has arrived. It's only one year since he opened the workshop, but it has already shown a high degree of perfection, and the originality of a maker who is familiar with old and modern works can also be seen. At the time of its creation, he mainly referred to Torres, but the internal structure uses a different arrangement pattern from Torres. Here, too, the sound suitable for a 19th-century chamber music acoustic space is pursued. It is a comfortable guitar with an old-fashioned and clear sound.
There is a crack repair mark on the head, but it has been properly repaired and there is no problem. Other than the shallow scratches around the sound hole and the bridge, there are almost no scratches, and it is in very good condition considering the age. The top is shellac finished and the back and sides are cashewed.
