Daisuke Kuriyama started to make a guitar independently while he attended Tokyo Zokei University. After he graduated from the university, he joined to the music instrument store, and engaged to the sales or repair of the guitars in 2003. He continued making the guitar, but also receiving the direct lesson at Kaoru Ohno’s guitar work shop since 2010.
Daisuke Kuriyama currently makes about 6 guitars per year using Spanish traditional making method.

This is a new Hauser I model produced by Daisuke Kuriyama.
This work is not a 1937 Segovia model, but a model made for Andres Segovia in the early 1930s, which is also a replica based on the Hauser guitar, which is as popular among fans as the 37 year model.

A model with very attractive exterior elements such as the large rosette that makes you feel the influence of Antonio de Torres, the head design of Manuel Ramirez design, and the bridge plate with the large dot inlay of white butterfly shell.

This time, we used pine wood that has undergone a special aging process for the surface plate, which literally gives the overall vintage feel a natural finish.

The vivid sound and tone of the wood, which is deep and warm even though it is new, is wonderful, and the acoustic balance between the dignified high temperature and the firm and powerful bass is also Hauser-like, resulting in a truly comfortable sound.

The internal structure is 7 symmetrical fan-shaped trees, 2 closing bars at the bottom, and a patch board at the position directly below the piece. Resonance is set to G # ~ A. The neck is a normal thickness D-shape type. The spool is equipped with the Goto 510 series.
