[Profile]
Jun Nakano was born in 1966 in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture. When he studied abroad in Mexico in 1989, he met guitar maker Lucio Nuños in San Miguel and started making guitars. After that, he studied under Sakae Ishii in 1992, and in 1996 he studied abroad in Spain and studied under Antonio Marin in Granada. After his return, he opened his own workshop in Matsumoto. He used the traditional method of construction in Granada and then returned to Europe to attend the master class of José Luis Romanillos. His Torres model, which was inspired by the Torres he met in the master class, has been highly acclaimed.
[Description]
Antonio de Torres's his SE72 is his model, but it's more than just a copy of the original, it's a guitar with a very distinctive taste. Regarding the appearance, the shape of the head that everyone remembers as a Torres model is also Nakano's original design. The eye-catching Rosetta is a beautiful inlay with white pearl oysters and maple. The tone firmly follows the traditional Spanish one, and it is extremely powerful while giving a feeling of Torres-like simplicity, and it is conscious of use on the stage. Resonance is set to G. The machine head is equipped with REISCHEL Gold.
