Jose Ramirez, a long-established workshop that Spain is proud of and the most famous guitar brand in the world. It is no exaggeration to say that Ramirez workshop has formed the history of Spanish guitar production for more than a century since the time of Jose Ramirez I (1858-1923). Among them, the guitar produced during the period of José Ramirez III (1922-1995), which can be said to be a particularly fruitful era, gained widespread popularity with innovation and continued to attract guitar fans all over the world.
The top model, '1A,' uses cedar wood for the sound board. The thickness of the body is made large, and the cypress material used in flamenco guitars is pasted inside the sides to make it double. The chord length is 664 mm (usually 650 mm), and the surface has been changed from conventional shellac to urea resin. These reforms made by Ramirez III on classical guitars were truly original and had a tremendous impact on later guitar production in general. And the sweet, lustrous and romantic tone called 'Ramirez tone' was so predominant that it decided the image of a classical guitar.

This guitar is an intermediate model developed by José Ramirez, who has expanded its international market share since 1964, and was produced by Taurus, who had a workshop in Barcelona at that time. Taurus shipped Ramirez Estudio models from around 1967 to the early 1970s, and Ramirez's trademark cedar wood tops became popular.

This guitar is a classic model, but it is used for flamenco and has a golpe board (replaced). Therefore, the sound board has many scratch marks and dents, but there are no major repair marks such as cracks. Perhaps the frets have been replaced once and are in good condition with the fretboard. Tuning machine is FUSTERO.
